He is the founder and principal of Organized Noise, Inc., an Illinois-based audio-editing and remixing company specializing in custom music editing, live DJ mixing, and sound design for dance studios, choreographers, and theater productions.

Anthony Foster, known in the industry as Disko, is an audio editor, artist and DJ with over 30 years of experience in the performing arts. He is the founder and principal of Organized Noise, Inc., an Oswego-based audio company specializing in custom music editing, live DJ mixing, and sound design for dance studios, choreographers, and theater productions.
Disko's work spans competition dance, concert productions, recital programs, and theatrical staging. His client list includes regional and national dance studios, performing arts schools, and independent choreographers across the United States. He is known for his precision editing, fast turnaround, and deep understanding of how music serves choreographic intent.
In addition to audio services, Organized Noise, Inc. offers Visual Staging — a pre-production service where full choreographic blueprints, spacing diagrams, and count sheets are delivered to choreographers before they enter the studio. The service was developed in response to the demands of working choreographers who needed to maximize rehearsal time and arrive prepared.
